Pesach/Matzohs
2006 (Passover/Unleavened
Bread)
The first visible crescent
moon from India and Ysrael, will be seen this year at the end of March 30,
2006, thus making March 31, Abib 1(Scriptural New Year day).
Abib 14(Pesach) will then be April 13, 2006 starting at the end of
Apr. 12. Thus the eight-day
festival of Pesach/Matzohs will be starting sundown on April 12 and going
to Apr. 20 at sundown.
Yahweh knew that mankind
needed a time of refreshing and reminding of the things that relate to
their eternal salvation, so He designed that we should keep three
festivals per year in which fellow believers from various places were to
gather together. The annual
festivals force one to put aside his regular works for several days, and
focus on learning the ways of Yahweh and fellowshipping with his fellow
believers, Dt. 16:16; 12:11-14.
Yahweh knew that these times were necessary for the spiritual
growth of His people; without
these sacred gatherings the spirituality of the people would wane and they
would lose faith in their Creator and Savior.
In order to keep the festival, a great expense of time and money is
often required, but mankind’s eternal salvation is the most important
thing in the world, so the expense and effort is well justified.
Below is list of various
places in Andhra Pradesh that will be keeping an eight-day festival, these
are not the only Yahweh groups in Andhra that will be keeping an eight-day
festival, but these are the ones that are members of the Assemblies of
Yahweh Ministries. Let us pray
that Yahweh will bless the meetings in all the various places and that His
people will grow in truth and righteousness.

Zion School
Admissions
The Vishakapatnam assembly
of Yahweh members have been operating an Eng. Medium school for about 25
years called the “Zion School”. Classes
go from LKG to 10th standard.
Most of their students will make first rank in their 7th
and 10th class government exams.
They give all Sabbath days as holidays, and start each day with
songs and prayer to Yahweh. This
upcoming 2006-07 school year they will receive state recognition from the
government and will start hostel facilities for students from out of town.
We recommend this school to the Yahweh believers in India as a
place where your child can get a high standard Eng. Medium education and
be taught in the laws of Yahweh as well. Their present enrollment is about
160 students. For school fee
rates and further details contact: G.
Sarogini(Head Mistress) at: 0891-2575569
or 9885055981.
There are two other
English Medium schools in India run by Yahweh worshippers one is in the
northeast in the state of Manipur it was founded by br. G. Israel, and is
called the “Daystar Foundation Academy.”
They have been in operation for two years now and have about 25
students. The other school is
in the village of Gumparru, in the W. Godavari dt. of AP.
They have about 40 students and have been in operation for three
years. Their school name is
“The A.Y. Eng. Medium School”.

War!
“Yahweh is a man of
war: Yahweh is His Name.”Ex. 15:3.
In the beginning “there was war in heaven: Michael and His
angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8And
prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9And
the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and
Satan, which deceives the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and
his angels were cast out with him”Rev. 12:7-9.
This same war that was started in heaven is now being continued
on earth. “And the dragon
was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her
seed, which keep the commandments of Elohim, and have the testimony of
Yahshua Mashiach”. Rev.
12:17 In the above verses the
“dragon” is Satan, and the “woman” is Yahweh’s people, 2Cor.
11:2; Jer. 6:2.
We like to think of heaven
as a place of only peace and harmony.
But yet, even in that sublime environment, conflict erupted and war
took place. One of Yahweh’s
trusted beings rebelled against Him and tried to take over Yahweh’s
place of supreme authority. Yeshayah(Isaiah)14:12,13
says, speaking of Satan, “How art thou fallen from heaven, O
Heylel(Lucifer), son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground,
which didst weaken the nations! 13For
thou hast
said in thy heart, I
will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of El: I
will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the
north:” In order to
maintain the authority of His laws Yahweh had to go to war with Satan and
his followers and cast them out of their heavenly abode.
Thus we see that war is sometimes necessary to maintain the
long-term peace of a society.
Satan continues on earth
the same war that he started with Yahweh in heaven.
We (as Yahweh’s servants) are all in a war with the enemy(Satan)
of mankind, and the stake?; our
souls eternal destiny. The
apostle Peter warns us to be, “be sober, be vigilant; because your
adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may
devour” 1Pet. 5:8. Mankind
is only in disfavor with Yahweh whenever he sins, and sin is the
transgression of the Torah(Law), Lev. 4:22;
1Jn. 3:4, so Satan is constantly seeking to tempt man to transgress
the Torah of Yahweh. In any
major war there will be many smaller battles, maybe one side will lose a
battle or two but still win the overall war.
So it is in our war with Satan and his evil angels.
Satan might defeat a man in many battles, but a man can still win
the overall war. Satan will
defeat us in a battle whenever he persuades us to knowingly break one of
Yahweh’s direct commands. Maybe
someone has lost many battles with sin in their life;
Satan will tempt that one to think that it is useless to try to
obey Yahweh’s commandments. But,
Yahweh counsels us to “Let the wicked forsake his way, and the
unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto Yahweh, and he will
have mercy upon him; and to our Elohim, for He will abundantly pardon.”
Isa. 55:7
King David said, “Blessed
be Yahweh my strength, which teaches my hands to war, and my fingers to
fight”Ps. 144:1. In this
world, one must learn to fight, if he wishes to overcome in the battle
with sin; but we do not fight
in our own strength alone, but in the strength and power that Yahweh
gives. Through the mercy and
power of Yahweh, man can be cleansed of his past sins and strengthened to
walk in obedience to the Torah of Yahweh.
The apostle Yacob(James) counsels us to, “Submit yourselves
therefore to Elohim. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8Draw
nigh to Elohim, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye
sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. 9Be
afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning,
and your joy to heaviness. 10Humble yourselves in the sight of
Yahweh, and he shall lift you up.”
Yacob 4:7-10
In the battles we
fight in the war with Satan we are assured of victory;
the Apostle Yochanan(John) stated:
“And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, now is come
salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our Elohim, and the power of
His Mashiach: for the accuser
of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our Elohim day and
night. 11And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by
the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto death.”
Rev. 12:10,11

Hebrew Roots
Telugu Sacred Name Bible Translation Project
The Telugu Sacred
Name Bible Translation Project is nearing completion of a 10 book trial
version. This trial version
will include the books of Gen.-Dt. and Mt.-Acts.
This translation will use the Hebrew Names and titles for Divinity
and for most all names of people and places.
There has been delay in this project because the location where the
translation work was going on was shifted.
The ten book trial version is due to go to the printer in the next
few weeks, so hopefully within two months the trial version will be ready.
We will inform later as to how to obtain a copy of this Hebrew
Roots Telugu translation.
